Take a look at a wonderful artist named Ted Lawson. His sculptures are stunning yet controversial and his meaning behind his artwork is predominantly shown through the facial expressions on his sculptures.
My favourite piece is called Eve, created in 2011.
Each body depicts the stages of weight gain/weight loss. What's the perfect figure? What is defined as the 'beautiful' one? In my opinion, neither the anorexic sculpture or the morbidly obese sculpture are worse than the other, and which sculpture is the most beautiful is a matter of opinion. I personally prefer the fourth and fifth one (pictured below), but neither are perfect.
